Grupo Planeta - Ethical commitment

Ethical commitment

We promote a business culture of trust and respect.

Grupo Planeta is committed to promoting a work environment based on mutual trust and respect, with the goal of preventing and eradicating any inappropriate or illegal practices. This involves the adoption of clear policies and procedures that reinforce integrity in all activities, fostering ethical and responsible behavior among all our collaborators.

In line with this objective, Grupo Planeta has developed a Prevention and Control Model, which includes a description of the key elements — human, organizational, and documentary — that the Group applies to identify, assess, and mitigate any risks that may affect the people who are part of the Group, and to prevent breaches of the law, especially acts that may be classified as crimes under the Spanish Criminal Code.
